Star Wars: the Old Republic makes a number of the races available for gamers to choose from. The known SWTOR races are: Human, Rattataki, Twi'lek, Chiss, Blood Sith, Miraluka, and Zabrak, you could choose whatever you like to start your SWTOR Power Leveling.
As most other MMORPGs, during character creation, gamers would be able to choose between creating a male or female character. The race that almost appears to be Human is the SWTOR Rattataki. The only difference is that the Rattataki has no hair and has very pale skin.
Besides Humans, the other race that is almost a given to must be available in Star Wars: the Old Republic due to its popularity with Star Wars fans is the Twi'lek. Known for their colorful skin with tail looking attachments on their heads, which is used for communication between themselves, the race is likely to be available to a large range of classes. In terms of customization, skin color is another given feature. Two genders, female and male would be available to the SWTOR Twi'lek as well.
The Chiss is a SWTOR race that would be available only to the Sith Empire, namely the Bounty Hunter and Imperial Agent class. Other Sith Empire races are the Blood Sith and Zabrak. (SWTOR Credits)T Dear Robert, the Sith race is probably one of the scariest looking race in the game and can be customized to look even more evil than the default character. It's speculated that there would only be female Siths. Going on to the Zabraks, it's the race that comes with horns in the movie. One of the well known Zabrak character in Star Wars is Darth Maul. Similarly to the Sith race, customization would work around making the character look as evil as possible.
The Miraluka is another race that closely resembles humans with the exception of eyes (SWTOR Gold). Given the race has no eyes; they depend heavily on the Force. According to the lore, the race is highly attached to the Jedi Order.
The Mirialan race is distinguished by yellowish, greenish skin tone which can be rather pale as well. Lots of classes are expected to be available to this race with preference for Jedi Consular or Knight expected. Special specialization for this race includes the option for face tattoos.
