For RIFT Power Leveling, I can say for sure that the Rift PvP system will satisfy that vast majority of players. Here is the guide for you to get a full knowledge of RIFT PvP.
RIFT PvP Servers
Much like in previous MMOs, there are PvP and PvE servers. Once you reach around level 27 in Rift, you get to your first “shared” zone in the game: Scarlet Gorge.
Once you reach these shared zones, players from the other faction will be sharing the zone and you will be running into them quite regularly.
In Rift PvP zones, on a PvP server it is “open season” on other players. You can attack them at any time.
For players who have no interest in Rift PvP or getting jumped when questing, you can also choose PvE servers. On PvE servers players have to first be flagged for combat before you can attack them.
RIFT world PvP objectives
Once you reached the shared zones, there are world PvP objectives that you can get rewards for capturing. In particular, you end up with bonus Favor,RIFT Plat and experience points.
Since these objectives are meaningful, players actually are battling over these all the time. Players are likely to continue to battle over these for quite some time (do not expect world Rift PvP to die out)!
Players can then defeat the NPCs in order to get bonus RIFT Platinum, The twist is that these are marked on the map for both factions. Attacking these NPCs will flag you for PvP on a PvE server, so another Rift PvP option is to find your own faction’s invasion points and help defend them.
