This gives you the power of a soul who has already moved on. You will be able to use this to your advantage to be more powerful than others around you.

Your goal in the Rift gameplay is to protect your world from the horrid Rifts and all they bring with them. The evil that comes into your world is trying to take everything you know and love. You will gain experience and RIFT Platnium for every monster you slay. Once you reach a new level, you become stronger and have more soul points.
